Best NHL Player-Prop Bets Today, November 15th
Carter Hart Goaltender Carter Hart and the Philadelphia Flyers face a tough task on Wednesday night when they go up against the Hurricanes on the road. Carolina has one of the best offenses in hockey and leads the NHL in shots on goal, so Hart will have to be on his “A game” in this one if he wants to help his Flyers steal a victory at PNC Arena. Hart currently has a .912 save percentage and is allowing 2.52 goals per game. So far in November, the Hurricanes have fired at least 30 shots on goal in three of five games, and they registered 46 shots in a Nov. 4 OT win over the Islanders. The volume will be there on Wednesday night for Hart, but I think he will be ready. I like him to be a brick wall in goal for this game.

The Pick: Carter Hart to get 30+ Saves (-125)
Evander Kane The Edmonton Oilers are trying to turn a corner under their new head coach, and they will be going for their first three-game winning streak of the season when they host Seattle on Wednesday night. Coming off back-to-back 4-1 victories over the Kraken and Islanders, the Oilers appear to finally be putting everything together. One of the reasons for their solid recent play has been winger Evander Kane. Although there has been a collective team effort offensively, Kane has emerged as a key factor over the past two games -– notching at least a point in each of them. With the pressure on the Oilers to continue winning at home, I like Kane to pick up at least one point on Wednesday night.

The Pick: Evander Kane to score 1+ Points (-138)
Valeri Nichushkin Colorado winger Valeri Nichushkin has really started to heat up this month for the Avalanche, so it’s time we jump on the bandwagon. On Wednesday night, the Avalanche get a visit from the Anaheim Ducks, who will have ace netminder Lukas Dostal in goal. Dostal’s presence shouldn’t limit the Avs’ scoring all that much, however, because Anaheim’s overall defense isn’t particularly great and allows a lot of shots on goal. Nichushkin has gone over his current prop total for shots in three out of his last four games, so look for him to do it again.

The Pick: Valeri Nichushkin over 2.5 shots on goal (-143)
Brock Boeser Vancouver’s Brock Boeser has been one of the top skaters in the NHL this season. His 12 goals are tied for third place in the league heading into the Canucks’ home game against the New York Islanders on Wednesday night. Boeser will draw a tough goaltender in the Isles’ Ilya Sorokin as well as a New York team that doesn’t allow many goals. While there have been games in which Boeser seemed invisible this season, it was usually because other talented Canucks players were carrying the load for a surging team that is now 11-3-1. On Wednesday, Vancouver will need Boeser against a hungry Islanders team in desperate need of a win. Boeser has gone over his current prop total of 2.5 shots on goal in four of his last six games.

The Pick: Brock Boeser over 2.5 shots on goal (-134)
