We have an action packed, 11-game slate on our hands Tuesday night, as the NHL is set to provide fans with some great matchups. There are numerous showdowns involving high-scoring teams, so expect the goals to flow. Let us now take a closer look at these games to determine four great wagering opportunities.

Best NHL Parlay Picks Tonight - Tuesday, Feb. 13, 4-Leg Parlay Picks (+549) Los Angeles Kings vs. Buffalo Sabres Prediction and Pick

The Kings and Sabres are quite familiar with each other ahead of this rematch, since they just played a few weeks ago on Jan. 24 at Los Angeles. Buffalo won that game 5-3, and it was a commanding victory for a Sabres team that managed to exploit a tough Kings defense. Indeed, Buffalo’s five goals were a rarity against L.A., since the Kings have only allowed five or more goals seven times this season. Each of the teams that scored at least five times against the Kings came away a winner.  Los Angeles has only played once since the league’s All-Star break, and the Kings blanked the Edmonton Oilers 4-0 in that game. Only four NHL teams allow fewer goals per game than the Kings, who will be much stronger when they face the Sabres this time. Look for Los Angeles’ defensemen to suffocate their hosts on the way to a Kings victory Tuesday night.

Leg-1 Parlay Pick: Los Angeles Kings ML (-135)
Colorado Avalanche vs. Washington Capitals Prediction and Pick

The Colorado Avalanche and Washington Capitals will meet for the second time this season on Tuesday night. Just under three weeks have passed since these teams faced off on Jan. 24 in Denver, where the Avs routed the Caps 6-2. Even though the rematch takes place in Washington, the result will not change. Colorado has the superior team in this matchup, as the Avalanche are across-the-board better than the Capitals. Look for Colorado’s offense, ranked second in the NHL at 3.66 goals per game, to bury a Washington team that ranks 30th out of 32 teams with just 2.37 goals per game. While the Caps have held their own defensively this season, that doesn’t matter when facing an offense as good as Colorado’s. Teams that struggle to score the way Washington does are no match for this Avalanche team.

Leg-2 Parlay Pick: Colorado Avalanche ML (-175)

Vancouver Canucks vs. Chicago Blackhawks Prediction and Pick

The Vancouver Canucks and Chicago Blackhawks will face each other for the third and final time this season on Tuesday. Vancouver won the first two games (4-3 at Chicago and 2-0 at home). Although it is hard to beat the same opponent twice, let alone three times, in any sport, the Canucks will make it look easy on the road in Chicago. This third game against the Western Conference’s last-place team will give the Canucks a chance to show why they have the No. 1 scoring offense in hockey. Vancouver will look to exploit a Blackhawks defense allowing the NHL’s fifth-most goals per game this season. With star rookie Connor Bedard still out of the lineup nursing a jaw injury, the Blackhawks truly stand no chance.

Leg-3 Parlay Pick: Vancouver Canucks ML (-260)
Detroit Red Wings vs. Edmonton Oilers Prediction and Pick

On Tuesday night, the Edmonton Oilers are set to play their first home game since the NHL All-Star break. Meanwhile their opponents, the Detroit Red Wings, will be playing their first road game since the break. The last times these teams met was a month ago at Detroit, when two scoreless periods were followed by an electric third. That final period -- in which four goals were scored -- sent the game into overtime. Oilers defenseman Darnell Nurse notched the game-winning goal 80 seconds into OT to give the road team a 3-2 victory. While we can’t expect Tuesday night’s rematch to be quite as eventful, we can certainly expect some fireworks from this game. Both teams rank inside the NHL’s top six when it comes to goals per game this season. The Red Wings are No. 4 with a 3.49 average, while the Oilers are sixth at 3.42. The fact that no goals were scored in the first 40 minutes of their previous game before a third-period eruption shows how explosive Detroit and Edmonton can be. Indeed, those two scoreless periods in Detroit were a fluke. Expect a higher-scoring rematch with no scoreless periods on Tuesday.

Leg-4 Parlay Pick: Over 6.5 (-140)
