Nothing makes for a great NBA viewing night like a rivalry game, and there is no greater rivalry in the Eastern Conference than Boston vs. Philadelphia. Tonight, it does not hurt that they are tied atop the conference with 8-2 records, and both the Sixers’ Joel Embiid and Celtics’ Jayson Tatum are making MVP pushes.

This is the first half of an ESPN doubleheader that concludes with the Sacramento Kings playing the Los Angeles Lakers. Both games should follow an afternoon debate about how long Draymond Green of Golden State should be suspended for putting Minnesota’s Rudy Gobert into a headlock.

Heck, we would not be surprised to see the Minneapolis police department chime in with the possibility of a warrant. Yes, it was quite an egregious headlock.

As a counter-blessing, we will not have to endure watching James Harden and the Los Angeles Clippers play basketball on Wednesday. They are off until Friday, when they will play host to a red-hot Houston Rockets team that has had its championship futures odds cut in half over the past week.

Best NBA Parlays Today – November 15, 2023: 4-Leg Parlay Picks (+1175)

Celtics vs. 76ers Odds, Spread, Moneyline, Over/Under - NBA Betting Lines 11/15

Moneyline: Celtics (-180), 76ers (+150)
Spread:
 Celtics -4.5 (-105), Heat +4.5 (-115)
Total:
Over/Under 224.5 points

Celtics vs. 76ers Prediction and Pick

This should be a shootout in which both Joel Embiid and Jayson Tatum try to improve their MVP credentials. Philadelphia has gone over in six of 10 games, and Boston is 5-5 on over/unders. It’s most significant that the Sixers went over by 17½ points in their previous game against Indiana, and this over/under line was originally set 17 points lower than that one. The line moved from 223½ to 226½ early Wednesday morning.

The Pick: Over 224.5 points (-110)

Bucks vs. Raptors Odds, Spread, Moneyline, Over/Under - NBA Betting Lines 11/15

Moneyline: Bucks (-120), Raptors (+100)
Spread:
 Bucks -1.5 (-110), Raptors +1.5 (-110)
Total:
Over/Under 224.5 points

Bucks vs. Raptors Prediction and Pick

Excuse us for being down on the Bucks, but let us consider the following: Giannis Antetokounmpo has missed 39 free throws this season and is below 70 percent again in that category. Until that guy conquers his free-throw yips, the Bucks are going to be vulnerable. The do have a better second scoring option now that Damian Lillard is on board, but he and Giannis are having trouble finding a coexistence comfort zone. Lillard is averaging 22.8 points -- nearly 10 fewer than last year -- and is shooting a career-low 37 percent. The Raptors won by 19 the last time these teams played, so we like the cover.

The Pick: Raptors +1.5 vs. Bucks (-110)

Timberwolves vs. Suns Odds, Spread, Moneyline, Over/Under - NBA Betting Lines 11/15

Moneyline: Timberwolves (+190), Suns (-225)
Spread:
 Timberwolves +6.5 (-120), Suns -6.5 (-100)
Total:
Over/Under 224.5 points

Timberwolves vs. Suns Prediction and Pick

We recognize that the sportsbooks want equal amounts of wagers to come in on both sides of the ledger, which is one of the main components of setting lines. But the Wolves should not be underdogs in this game after they pulled off consecutive victory No. 7 by defeating Golden State. What’s more, the line moved from 3½ to 5½ points on Wednesday morning. The Wolves have the No. 1 defense in the NBA, allowing only 102.9 points per game, and that will be put to the test against a Phoenix team that should have Devin Booker, Bradley Beal, and Kevin Durant all in uniform and on the court together for the first time this season.

The Pick: Timberwolves+ 6.5 ½ vs. Phoenix (-120)

Cavaliers vs. Trail Blazers Odds, Spread, Moneyline, Over/Under - NBA Betting Lines 11/15

Moneyline: Cavaliers (-550), Trail Blazers (-375)
Spread:
 Cavaliers -10.5 (-110), Suns +10.5 (-110)
Total:
Over/Under 218.5 points

Cavaliers vs. Trail Blazers Prediction and Pick

The Cavs have gone over in the first three games of their four-game jaunt out West. On Wednesday night, Cleveland goes up against a depleted Portland team that will be missing Anfernee Simons and Scoot Henderson -- opening the door for a huge game from Cleveland starting point guard Darius Garland, who should have his way with Portland backup Skylar Mays. That said, the Blazers will get their share of points from bigs DeAndre Ayton and Jerami Grant, and this is the lowest over/under that the Blazers have had in 10 games. They played a low-scoring affair against Utah last night and played their starters heavy minutes, so there could be some tired legs on the Blazers that allow the Cavs to pile up the points.

The Pick: Cavs-Blazers over 219½ (-110)

Put those four picks together and the odds are +1175, meaning a $10 wager would return $128. Good luck!
