NBA Play-In Tournament Player Prop Bets Today - April 14 Best Bulls vs Heat Player Prop Bets Zach LaVine

Facing Toronto in their NBA Play-In Tournament opener, the Chicago Bulls trailed by 11 points at halftime, and the deficit eventually grew to 19 midway through the third quarter. The Raptors were in full control and looking like they were going to win easily -- until Zach LaVine displayed his game-breaking ability for the Bulls. LaVine, who scored only nine points in the first half, dropped 30 points in the second -- including a go-ahead layup and two free throws that would eventually seal the deal for Chicago.

LaVine and the Bulls will now face the Miami Heat in another win-or-go-home game, and I love LaVine in this matchup. In his two regular-season games against the Heat, LaVine scored 21 and 18 points while never attempting more than 13 shots. In a win-or-go-home game, LaVine is going to attempt at least 20 shots, and that will likely result in another game of at least 35 points.

The Pick: Zach LaVine over 26.5 points (-115)

Bam Adebayo

The Chicago Bulls faced the Heat and Bam Adebayo three times this season. Apart from their October matchup, in which the Heat guards shot the ball very well, the Bulls just couldn’t contain Adebayo. On Dec. 20 against Chicago, Adebayo had 27 points, 12 rebounds and six assists. On March 18, he scored 23 points with seven rebounds and four assists. So, any Adebayo matchup against the Bulls is a tasty one. He’ll be on double-double watch for sure, since the Bulls rank 24th in the NBA in rebounding and won’t have an answer to slow him down when he’s got the ball. In a win-or-go-home game, expect a heavy dosage of Adebayo to take advantage of an inferior Bulls post-defense.

The Pick: Bam Adebayo over 31.5 points, assists & rebounds (-115)

Best Thunder vs Timberwolves Player Prop Bets Josh Giddey

When it came down to a win-or-go-home game against New Orleans, the Thunder’s second-year player out of Australia showed the NBA that he was all business. He hit 11 of 22 shots for 31 points to go with nine assists and 10 rebounds, Giddey filled up the stat sheet once again this season. His 6-foot-8 build -- combined with court vision and skill -- makes him a mismatch for opposing guards from any team. While Timberwolves guard Mike Conley is known for his defense, I wish him the best of luck trying to slow down this backcourt. Giddey will be on triple-double watch again on Friday night.

The Pick: Josh Giddey over 35.5 points, assists & rebounds (-115)

Karl Anthony-Towns

Karl-Anthony Towns faced one of his toughest matchups of the season when he went up against the Lakers’ Anthony Davis to open the NBA Play-In Tournament. But Towns held his own, scoring 24 points and grabbing 11 rebounds on just 8-for-12 shooting. While the Thunder are better defensively against guards, they rank 16th in opposing points allowed per game. Towns should have a big game against a post defense that won’t be able to guard him. KAT should be on a 30-point watch tonight, as he’ll redeem himself for scoring only 12 and 15 points in games against the Thunder earlier this season.

The Pick: Karl Anthony-Towns over 23.5 points (-115)
