Best NFL Player Prop Bets Today for Sunday Football Week 17

Russell Wilson

Russell Wilson has been five fingers over the nose bad this season and continues to disappoint. Last week, he was benched after throwing three interceptions, which brought his season total up to nine.

He’s had one good week this year and that was ironically in Week 14 against the Kansas City Chiefs where he threw for 246 yards and three touchdowns. Wilson still threw an interception in that game as well.

I highly doubt that he’ll throw for three passing touchdowns again, as the way he’s played it would be like hitting the Mega Millions. But I do know that he’ll throw an interception in this one, because that’s what Russell Wilson does.

The Pick: Russell Wilson over 0.5 interceptions (-115)

Aaron RodgersThe Minnesota Vikings have the worst pass defense in the NFL. Factor that in with the Packers being in win-or-go-home mode, that means one thing: a big game is coming from Aaron Rodgers.

The Vikings shut down Rodgers and this offense in Week 1 and they will not do it again. Wide receiver Christian Watson being listed as questionable certainly doesn’t help, but he did return to practice in limited fashion so that’s a good sign.

With or without Watson, Rodgers will get at least two passing touchdowns against this dreadful Vikings secondary.

The Pick: Aaron Rodgers over 1.5 passing touchdowns (-115)

Cam AkersThe Los Angeles Rams are finally feeding running back Cam Akers. His 23 carries for 118 yards last week against the Denver Broncos was the first time all season that he eclipsed the 20-carry mark and, after the way he played last week, I don’t see why they wouldn’t feed him again this week against the Los Angeles Chargers.

The Chargers run defense is the weak spot and the point to attack for opposing offenses. If I know that, then head coach Sean McVay should know that. Give me the over in this one as Akers has another big day.

The Pick: Cam Akers over 69.5 rushing yards (-115)
