We have quite the situation in the NBA’s Eastern Conference, with an interloper among the top three. That team is the Orlando Magic, who are taking a seven-game winning streak into Wednesday night’s game against the lowly Washington Wizards.

The Magic are favored by 9½ points against a team that on Monday had the good fortune of facing the down-and-out Pistons. Detroit, which might not win another game this calendar year, lost by 19 to Washington – enabling the Wizards to end a nine-game losing streak.

So, this should be a bloodbath if the Magic can keep playing the way they have been. In building its current win streak, Orlando has meshed several recent first-round draft picks into a cohesive unit deep enough to have withstood injuries to starters Markelle Fultz and Wendell Carter Jr. The Magic are on the Betway board at +25000 to win the NBA championship, but that number will drop if they keep doing what they have been doing.

Best NBA Parlays Today – Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2023: 4-Leg Parlay Picks (+1355)

Wizards vs. Magic Odds, Spread, Moneyline, Over/Under - NBA Betting Lines 11/29

Moneyline: Washington Wizards (+350), Orlando Magic (-450)
Spread:
 Wizards +9.5 (-115), Magic -9.5 (-105)
Total:
Over/Under 233.5 points

Wizards vs. Magic Prediction and Pick

As mentioned above, only a game against Detroit has kept the Wizards from coming into this one with a 10-game losing streak. Washington is in a rebuild and can be expected to start looking at trade offers for Kyle Kuzma before February, because this team already has a lost season in late November. Orlando has been surging and should cover.

The Pick: Orlando -9½ vs. Washington (-105)

76ers vs. Pelicans Odds, Spread, Moneyline, Over/Under - NBA Betting Lines 11/29

Moneyline: Philadelphia Sixers (-135), New Orleans Pelicans (+115)
Spread:
 Sixers -2.5 (+105), Pelicans +2.5 (-115)
Total:
Over/Under 229.5 points

76ers vs. Pelicans Prediction and Pick

The anticipated return of CJ McCollum and the sustained success of Zion Williamson are keeping this line lower than it probably should be, especially since the Sixers are coming off a triple-double performance from Joel Embiid and have continued to play terrific ball since ridding themselves of James Harden. A matchup to watch is Pelicans point guard Jose Alvarado against Tyrese Maxey, because Alvarado is one of the best on-the-ball defenders in the league. Still, this line seems too low.

The Pick: Philadelphia -2 ½ vs. New Orleans (-105)

Rockets vs. Nuggets Odds, Spread, Moneyline, Over/Under - NBA Betting Lines 11/29

Moneyline: Houston Rockets (+240), Denver Nuggets (-300)
Spread:
 Rockets +7.5 (-110), Nuggets -7.5 (-110)
Total:
Over/Under 215.5 points

Rockets vs. Nuggets Prediction and Pick

The surprising Rockets have already defeated the Nuggets twice -- by 19 points last Friday and by three points on Nov. 12. Look, some teams just match up well against other teams, and the continued absence of Jamal Murray, along with Aaron Gordon’s slump, is not helping the defending champs. Denver needs a win in the worst way, but covering this spread should be daunting. Houston is in eighth place in the West and has played the NBA’s fewest games (15) so far this season.

The Pick: Houston +7½ vs. Denver (-150)

Clippers vs. Kings Odds, Spread, Moneyline, Over/Under - NBA Betting Lines 11/29

Moneyline: Los Angeles Clippers (-125), Sacramento Kings (+105)
Spread:
 Clippers -1.5 (-115), Nuggets +1.5 (-105)
Total:
Over/Under 231.5 points

Clippers vs. Kings Prediction and Pick

If you stayed up late on Tuesday, you got a treat in watching the Kings defeat the Golden State Warriors. Draymond Green committed a boneheaded turnover, and Steph Curry missed the final shot of the game -- enabling Sacramento to pull out a 124-123 victory. It was the type of win that a team can build on, and Sacto has the benefit of playing at home for the second night in a row. The Clippers are two games under .500, and the Kings are four games over .500. Why the Kings are ’dogs is a head-scratcher.

The Pick: Sacramento +1½ vs. L.A. Clippers (-115)

Put those four picks together, and you have a 4-leg parlay with odds of +1355, meaning a $10 wager would pay $142.31. Good luck!
