They are playing in the nation’s capital against yet another dumpster fire team, the 3-17 Wizards, who covered in their last two games against Orlando and Philadelphia but are playing a Brooklyn team that is meshing nicely with the pieces they got in the Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving trades.

The Hawks are 9-11 and have lost four of their last five, and there may come a point where they look for someone a little more unselfish and try to pawn Young off on a contending team needing one more piece.

Didn’t the oddsmakers learn about undervaluing Erik Spoelstra’s system players last season?
