Best NBA Player Prop Bets Today – Tuesday, January 31st Anthony Davis The big man is back and has already made his presence known with back-to-back double-double performances. Scoring 21 points and grabbing 16 rebounds in his first game back against the San Antonio Spurs. In just 26 minutes of play, Davis displayed his dominance. While the Knicks do have the second-best post defense in the NBA, a lot of that was due to Mitchell Robinson, who’s still sidelined with a thumb injury. In the six games that Robinson has missed in January, opposing big men have recorded a double-double in four out of the six games. And none of them are at the same level of talent as Anthony Davis. Davis and the Lakers will roll past the Knicks in Madison Square Garden and Davis will be a big reason for that.

The Pick: Anthony Davis over 31.5 points and rebounds (-110)
DeMar DeRozan Even though DeRozan never played for the Los Angeles Clippers, Tuesday’s matchup will be a must-watch and a revenge type of feeling as every time Kawhi Leonard and DeRozan go at it, there will always be some underlying tension. The reason for that is, Leonard and DeRozan were a part of the famous trade swap that led the Raptors to their first ever NBA Finals win back in 2019. Leonard essentially took DeRozan’s team to the Finals and there’s no way DeRozan doesn’t feel some type of way about it.

In a game where the Bulls will need all the help they can get as their inconsistent performances have killed them as they sit three games below .500, expect a big performance out of DeRozan on Tuesday night. In his last five games since returning from injury, DeRozan has gone over 25.5 points all five times. Now he draws the Clippers and Kawhi Leonard in his house, give me the over for DeRozan here as he has a big night on Tuesday.

The Pick: DeMar DeRozan over 25.5 points (-125)
Nikola Jokic Jokic is having an MVP season as he’s practically averaging a triple-double with 25.1 points, 10.9 rebounds and 9.9 assists per game. The big man can literally do it all. Which is why his player prop for Tuesday night confuses me as over .5 three pointers? Easy money. In the month of January Jokic has had at least one three pointer in eight of his 11 games. He’s shooting 39 percent from behind the arc this season which is nearly a career best and with this game expected to be a high scoring game, one three pointer should be an easy task for the big man.

The Pick: Nikola Jokic over .5 three pointers made (-160)
CJ McCollum With all of the injuries that the Pelicans have been dealing with as of late, McCollum has had to carry the load offensively for this Pelicans team. While getting Brandon Ingram back, many may think that this will hinder McCollum’s production, it’ll only do the opposite. With Ingram back, the spacing on the floor will open more lanes as Ingram’s ability to shoot and score will free up and take off some of the focus that’s been on McCollum. The Nuggets are the second-best team in the league overall, but defensively they’re middle of the road as they’ve been in a lot of high scoring matchups this season. In a high scoring game, McCollum gets going and keeps the Pelicans close in this one.

The Pick: CJ McCollum over 32.5 points, assists and rebounds (-110)
