Best NHL Player Prop Bets Today – Thursday, April 13th Sidney Crosby The season is over for the Pittsburgh Penguins as their 5-2 loss to the Chicago Blackhawks on Tuesday night mathematically eliminated the Penguins. With one game left of the regular season and with only honor to play for, I think Crosby will end the season the right way and do so by scoring at least a goal. A quiet April for Crosby as he only scored twice, look for the veteran to end the season on a good note.

The Pick: Sidney Crosby anytime goalscorer (+130)
Patrick Kane The New York Rangers are getting ready to make a postseason run but before they do that, they’ll square off with the Toronto Maple Leafs for their last game of the regular season. As they prime themselves for their postseason run, expect wingman Patrick Kane to show the New York home crowd some love as he’ll give them something to cheer about on Thursday night. Quiet in his last five games as Kane has only had three or more shots on goal, expect an aggressive Kane to close out the regular season.

The Pick: Patrick Kane over 2.5 shots on goal (-110)
Nathan MacKinnon The Colorado Avalanche are fighting to reclaim the Central Divisional crown from the Dallas Stars as they’ll look to beat the Winnipeg Jets at home on Thursday night. Center Nathan MacKinnon will be aggressive as usual in this one as the division is on the line. While the Avalanche do have one of the deepest teams in the NHL, MacKinnon is still the focal point of this offense. He’s had two goals in three out of his past six games and while two could come on Thursday night, one will at least come in their regular season home finale.

The Pick: Nathan MacKinnon anytime goalscorer (-134)
Kevin Hayes It’s no secret that the Chicago Blackhawks are not only one of the worst teams in hockey this season but their defense is absolutely dreadful as well. Allowing 33.60 shots on goal per game, which is the fifth most allowed this season, the last time Hayes faced this Blackhawks defense he had nine shots on goal. Hayes had two or more shots on goal in three of his past five games and with this being the Flyers last game of the regular season, expect the center to go out in fashion.

The Pick: Kevin Hayes over 2.5 shots on goal (+115)
Evander Kane Wingman Evander Kane and the Edmonton Oilers are fighting for the number one seed in the Western Conference as a regulation loss by the Vegas Golden Knights and a win over the San Jose Sharks will secure it for the Oilers. These two teams just met on Saturday in San Jose, where the Oilers won 6-1. While Kane didn't get a goal, he did have seven shots on net and was very aggressive. I expect the same aggressive Kane at home on Thursday night against a Sharks defense that allows 32.15 shots on goal per game.

The Pick: Evander Kane of 3.5 shots on goal (-105)
