Best Same-Game Parlay Week 6 bets today for Eagles vs. Jets: 3-Leg Parlay Pick (+700)

D’Andre Swift

Philadelphia running back D’Andre Swift was already my favorite player prop for this game so he’s the guy we’ll start off with for our same-game parlay. As I have already noted multiple times, the Jets run defense is nearly non-existent, and I expect the Eagles to take advantage of it. Swift will likely go over 100 rushing yards for the third time this season, so take advantage of the value here, where rushing for only more than 90 is the goal.

Leg-1 SGP Pick: D'Andre Swift 90+ Rushing Yards (+290)

A.J. BrownSuperstar NFL wide receivers live for marquee cornerback-wide receiver matchups and that’s exactly what we’ll have on Sunday afternoon when the Eagles’ A.J. Brown lines up against Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner. Philadelphia does a great job finding ways to get Brown involved week after week, so despite this tough matchup against Gardner on Sunday, I expect Eagles QB Jalen Hurts and the offense will find ways to get their superstar going. I’m not betting on Brown to reach 100 receiving yards for a fourth straight game, but 60 or better seems more than doable here.

Leg-2 SGP Pick: A.J. Brown 60+ Receiving Yards (-165)
Eagles Points ScoredYes, you can call this the “Eagles Same Game Parlay” if you like, because it is all Eagles all the time this weeken. That’s only because the oddsmakers have provided so much value for this unbeaten team, and I really don’t understand why. Philadelphia is averaging 28.2 points per game -- the NFL’s fifth-highest total this season -- and broken this week’s over/under total in every game except its last one against the Los Angeles Rams. Give me the Eagles over 23.5 points all day.

Leg-3 SGP Pick: Eagles over 23.5 Points (-125)

Sunday afternoon’s second set of games includes a matchup between the unbeaten Philadelphia Eagles and a New York Jets team looking to reach the .500 mark. Philadelphia hopes to continue its perfect season and remain atop the NFL standings. Meanwhile, the Jets are hoping to maintain momentum gained from their road win over Denver last week by delivering another victory for their home fans. Let's break down what is already shaping up to be an interesting Week 6 game.

Eagles vs. Jets Odds, Spread, Moneyline, Over/Under - NFL Odds Week 6

Eagles at Jets Preview

For much of this 2023 NFL season, the Eagles and Jets have been headed in opposite directions. Philadelphia has been piling up wins, while New York has been trying to find its identity on offense after losing future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers to a torn Achillies tendon. While the Eagles are undefeated entering this game, their road to 5-0 hasn’t been as smooth as that record might suggest. Philadelphia has played in several close games through the first five weeks of 2023 and surrendered some big second-half leads. The Jets are on the upswing after ending a three-game losing streak that followed their shocking Week 1 win over the Buffalo Bills – the same game that saw them lose Rodgers on their first possession. Prior to this season, when Rodgers was expected be healthy, this Week 6 Eagles-Jets matchup in East Rutherford, N.J., looked like it would be a thriller. Now, however, it has the makings of a lopsided affair.

Eagles vs. Jets Predictions and NFL Picks Week 6

The spread going into this game is truly a head-scratcher. The Eagles should never be only a 6.5-point favorite against a Jets team missing Aaron Rodgers. Yes, Jets quarterback Zach Wilson has improved over the past few weeks and is making strides in the right direction, and, yes, the New York defense is legit. However, this Eagles team -- despite its late-game woes – is a definite Super Bowl contender that will cause problems for the Jets across the board in this game. The Dallas Cowboys were able to rout the Jets 30-10 in Week 2, and I fully expect the Eagles to put up a similar performance at MetLife Stadium on Sunday. I view Philadelphia and Dallas as two of the top contenders for the NFC East title and two of  just a few top contenders to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl.

Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner will likely be tasked with shadowing -- and guarding -- Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown in this game, but it won’t matter because Brown is a matchup nightmare for even the NFL’s best cornerbacks. The Eagles also do a great job finding ways to get Brown, a true playmaker, involved in their offense, and they’ll do just that on Sunday. Jets quarterback Zach Wilson made strides last week, but they came against the same Denver Broncos defense that recently went after Kansas City running back Jerick McKinnon during a rollout play by quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who was clearly the one running with the ball. The Eagles defense will pose a much bigger threat and test for Wilson on Sunday. Philadelphia will cover this spread handily.

The Pick: Philadelphia Eagles -6.5 (-110)

The over/under total for this game is an interesting one, because I don’t see the Eagles having any problems against a great Jets defense on Sunday. The Eagles can thrive with intermediate passing routes involving Brown and DeVonta Smith, and the Jets defense allows the NFL’s fourth-most rushing yards per game at 146.2. Philadelphia’s offense will be clicking on all cylinders Sunday, and this is a team with an ability to reach this total by itself. Of course, the Jets defense is still a true test for any offense -- even an Eagles offense that ranks fifth in the NFL with 28.2 points per game. If the Eagles can’t get to this total on their own, I see the Jets starting at least a few of their drives with great field position that will result in points. So, give me the over on a low total here.

The Pick: Over 41.5 (-105)

Best NFL Player Prop Bets for Eagles vs. Jets: Sunday Night Football Week 6

D’Andre Swift

He was essentially left out of his team’s game plan in Week 1, when he had just one carry for three yards, but Eagles running back D’Andre Swift has been heavily involved ever since. He has also been a key producer in Philadelphia’s running game. It's always going to be the tush-push with quarterback Jalen Hurts when the Eagles get to the Jets’ goal line or need short yardage, but Swift will certainly get his touches in this game. This Jets defense is good, but stopping the run is New York’s Achilles heel, as the Jets allow the league’s fourth-most rushing yards per game. Swift has already gone over this 66.5-yard total in three of five games, and he’ll eclipse it again on Sunday because the Eagles should be in the driver seat for a majority of this game.

The Pick: D'Andre Swift over 66.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
