Best Same-Game Parlay Week 7 bets for Cardinals vs. Seahawks: 3-Leg Parlay Pick (+450)

Player StatsI just explained why Seattle wide receiver DK Metcalf is my favorite player prop for this Sunday’s matchup, so he will be the first player I mention in kicking off this same-game parlay. Metcalf is going to have a big day, and if there were an option to pick him for 100+ receiving yards, I’d take it. The 80+ here feels very generous and safe, and it has a lot of value. Look for Metcalf to exploit the Cardinals secondary and help lead the way for this Seahawks offense.

Leg-1 SGP Pick: DK Metcalf 80+ Receiving Yards (+210)

Passing YardsSeahawks quarterback Geno Smith was written off by just about everyone but himself heading into this season. He has surprised the doubters by getting off to a good start in 2023. Smith has posted two 300-yard passing games this season and his Seahawks are in second place in the NFC West. If receiver DK Metcalf is going to have a huge day, then it's only fitting to assume that the man throwing the ball to him will have big numbers as well. Predicting Smith to go over his line of 250 passing yards seems right to me. This is a number that he has exceeded three times in five games this season.

Leg-2 SGP Pick: Geno Smith 250+ Passing Yards (-120)

Seahawks Points ScoredThe Seahawks are going to win Sunday’s game convincingly, as the Seattle offense should have no trouble succeeding against this Cardinals defense. Arizona is allowing its opponents the NFL’s sixth-most points per game this season, and Seattle can put points up, too. Seattle scored 37 points in each of its Week 2 and 3 games, so exceeding 27.5 points should be no problem against Arizona on Sunday

Leg-3 SGP Pick: Seahawks over 27.5 points scored (+105)

Week 7 of the NFL season is under way after the Jacksonville Jaguars kicked it off with a Thursday night win over the New Orleans Saints. We are now approaching the midpoint of the NFL season, and each game is becoming that much more valuable because losses are even more costly. Let’s make our way out West to consider the upcoming divisional battle between the Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks.

Cardinals vs. Seahawks Odds, Spread, Moneyline, Over/Under - NFL Odds Week 7

Moneyline: Arizona Cardinals +290, Seattle Seahawks -350
Spread: Cardinals +7.5 (-110), Seahawks -7.5 (-110)
Total: Over/Under 44.5 points

Cardinals at Seahawks Preview

Sunday’ s matchup between these teams won’t feel the same as it has in the past, because the Cardinals are clearly in a rebuilding mode. The Seahawks, on the other hand, are starting to turn the corner at 3-2.  Their secondary, which had been Seattle’s Achilles heel, appeared to find its way defensively in its Week 6 performance against the Cincinnati Bengals. Cardinals fans recognize that their team will have a lot of needs to fill in next spring’s NFL Draft, and one hopes the team will address at least some of them for the sake of its fans.
Cardinals vs. Seahawks Predictions and NFL Picks Week 7

The Arizona Cardinals are awful this season. They did manage a fluke win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 3, but Arizona will likely not win another game this season. While divisional games always pose a test for both opponents, who generally know each other rather well, this game will not even be close. The Seattle Seahawks defense held its own last week in a 17-13 loss at Cincinnati. It was a big step forward for the Seattle secondary, which has allowed the fifth-most passing yards in the NFL this season. The return of safety Jamal Adams certainly helped the Seahawks, who held Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow to 185 passing yards. The Cardinals will struggle to move the ball on Sunday, much as they did last week against the Los Angeles Rams. Seattle, meanwhile, will have no trouble moving the ball and scoring, because only five other teams in the league allow more points than Arizona.

The Pick: Seattle Seahawks -7.5 (-110)

This game is going to get out of hand -- and likely get out of hand early. The over/under total is certainly set at the correct number, since I don’t see the Cardinals having much success on Sunday. I am truly torn on this total, because I can see it going either way. Obviously, only one potential outcome can be right. Ultimately, I don’t see the Cardinals scoring more than 10 points in this game, but I could see the Seahawks scoring 35, 40, or even more points. That said, I’m going to lean on the over here, since the Seattle secondary still needs to prove that last week was no exception and that it can consistently slow down opposing passing attacks. I also think the Seahawks are going to put up enough points by themselves to jeopardize the under.

The Pick: Over 44.5 (-105)

Best NFL Player-Prop Bets for Cardinals vs. Seahawks: Week 7

DK Metcalf

Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf is dealing with a handful of injuries and has missed practice due to hip and rib concerns. This isn’t anything out of the ordinary for Metcalf, who usually doesn’t practice early in the week. Since he has yet to miss a game this season, I expect him to play again on Sunday. Metcalf will likely draw Cardinals cornerback Marco Wilson, which means Metcalf will have an absolute field day. His prop line currently sits at 58.5 yards, and this is without a doubt my favorite player prop for this game. Metcalf has gone over this number in three of five games this season and will be heavily utilized in this game because he will be open a lot.

The Pick: DK Metcalf over 58.5 receiving yards (-115)
