Syracuse vs Florida State Prediction and Pick
Florida State’s 81-78 win over Louisville on Saturday was really concerning. After leading 45-36 at halftime, the Seminoles fell asleep with about 10 minutes to go, as Louisville outscored them 24-12 and almost pulled off the comeback. Louisville is 3-20 and is one of the worst teams in college basketball.
Syracuse got back on track Saturday with a solid road win over Boston College, and senior Jesse Edwards was an absolute beast, scoring 27 points on 12 of 15 shooting with seven rebounds. Freshman Judah Mintz was stellar again, scoring 15 points to go with five assists and four steals. This young Syracuse team is starting to come together as we approach March and if they continue to play through Edwards they’ll be a tough team to beat. If Joe Girard can break out of his shooting slump and Mintz continues to play like a senior, Syracuse could be a dark horse to win the ACC Tournament. This Syracuse team isn’t Louisville, and Florida State will be no match for the Orange in this one.

Bryant vs Albany Prediction and Pick
These two teams met back in January, when Bryant controlled the game from start to finish. Despite being 6-4 in the America East Conference, Bryant is still the most talented team in this conference by far. Sherif Gross-Bullock, Charles Pride, Earl Timberlake and Antwan Walker all average double-digits and are all experienced talented players. Head coach Jared Grasso is a great coach and has his team clicking.
Albany is 6-19 this year and has one conference win on the season. They’ve really struggled, and the only bright spot has been senior forward Gerald Drumgoole Jr. Shut down Drumgoole Jr. and you will have a very easy night as he’s the only offensive threat for Albany. Bryant is just too talented and will control this second matchup from start to finish again.

Houston vs Tulsa Prediction and Pick
The Houston Cougars are 22-2 and ranked No. 2 in the Country, but they’re really the best team in the nation and it’s not very close. Senior guard Marcus Sasser is one of the best guards in college basketball, averaging 16 points per game. Houston’s defense is lockdown as they allow only 55.6 points per game, which ranks second in the country. They’ve held multiple teams to around 40 points and only allowed Northern Colorado to score 36 in their season opener.
As for Tulsa, they’re the complete opposite. They’re 5-17 and can’t defend at all, as they allow 76.9 points per game, which ranks 329th in the country. These two teams met back in December, when Houston won 89-50 on the road, and viewers should expect a similar outcome in this rematch. While Houston should cover this spread, their team total is the play as Tulsa can’t defend at all.
