Chicago White Sox to beat Minnesota Twins

The White Sox are dominating the AL Central, with their 67-47 record giving them a 10.5-game lead over the second-placed Indians.

The Twins, meanwhile, are at the bottom of the division and look well and truly out of playoff contention in a season where many tipped them to impress.

Just as Chicago has been dominant, so has Lance Lynn, with the Cy Young contender set for his 21st start on Wednesday.

Lynn owns a 10-3 record on the season with a 2.04 ERA, and has a clear edge on Cleveland starter Bailey Ober.

The rookie is 1-1 through 12 starts with a 4.99 ERA, with his sole win and loss both coming against Chicago.

In 17.1 innings pitched against the Sox, Ober has given up 13 runs on 16 hits with a 6.23 ERA.

Philadelphia Phillies to beat Los Angeles Dodgers

The Phillies were shut out in a 5-0 loss in the opening game of this three-game series on Tuesday, but this is great value on them to level things up.

Philadelphia was the hottest team in baseball prior to Tuesday’s loss, having reeled off eight straight wins to take a narrow lead in the NL East.

Their bats should wake up behind the arm of Kyle Gibson, who has earned two wins in two starts since his trade from Texas.

Gibson is now 8-3 on the season with a 2.79 ERA, and has given up just three runs in 12.2 innings since joining the Phillies.

This will be a bullpen game for the Dodgers, starting with veteran southpaw David Price.

Price hasn’t pitched badly during his stint in the rotation, but he has an 0-1 record in five starts during that time, with LA losing all five of those games.

Oakland Athletics to beat Cleveland Indians

Oakland has won five straight to remain within striking distance of Houston at the top of the AL West.

The A’s took the first game of this three-game set on Tuesday with a 4-3 win, and look a good bet to wrap the series up here.

Frankie Montas gets the start for Oakland having gone 2-1 over his last five, giving up nine earned runs during that time, while striking out 45.

His overall 9-8 record and 4.10 ERA are not the best, but he has been pitching well of late and is a lock to go at least six innings against Cleveland.

Starting for Cleveland is Cal Quantrill, who is 3-2 on the season with a 3.14 ERA.

Quantrill is also pitching well at the moment, but this Oakland offense is hot and is likely to be the difference between the teams.

Toronto Blue Jays to beat Los Angeles Angels

The Blue Jays face a tough task to qualify for the playoffs from the ridiculously tight AL East, but they are hanging in there for a wild card spot having won seven of their last 10.

They levelled up this four-game set with a 4-0 victory on Tuesday, and should have the edge on the mound with impressive rookie Alek Manoah.

Manoah is 4-1 on the season through 10 starts with a 2.58 ERA, and has earned wins in three of his last four.

Starting for the Angels will be the struggling Dylan Bundy, who has only just returned to the rotation after a stint in the bullpen following a nightmare start to the season.

Bundy did earn the win in his most recent start but remains 2-8 on the season with a 6.14 ERA.
