World Cup Golden Ball Predictions & Pick
With Brazil expected to go all the way, Neymar will be the man who flourishes. In such an attack-minded Brazil team, the PSG star will be at the heart of everything they do.
The Brazilian attacker has already started the domestic season very well this year, with 11 goals and nine assists in PSG’s Ligue 1 campaign. Neymar appears to be back enjoying his football, linking up with Lionel Messi in the French league.
Three goals at the tournament would take Neymar beyond Pele as the all-time leading goalscorer for Brazil, and if he scores any more than that as Brazil advance through the tournament, he’ll surely be a favorite for the Golden Ball award.
The Pick: Neymar to win Golden Ball (+900)

Top World Cup Goal Scorer Prediction and Pick
England have a very good chance of advancing to at least the quarter-finals of the tournament without facing major opposition. With Iran and Wales in their group, there will be plenty of chances in front of goal for England, and Harry Kane is the finisher. He’s the man on the end of every cross and finishes every attack, as well as being a clinical penalty taker.
Tottenham striker Kane has already scored 12 goals in 14 Premier League games this season and is on pace to score 30 by the end of the year. He was the Golden Boot award winner at the 2018 World Cup, netting six goals.
Even if England are unable to advance much further than the quarter-finals, four games against teams who England can most certainly score goals against means that Kane opens as the tournament favorite for the Golden Boot.
