Best NHL Stanley Cup Final Player Prop Bets Today for Panthers vs Golden Knights Game 1 Jonathan Marchessault Forward Jonathan Marchessault was a menace in the Vegas Golden Knights’ two regular-season games against the Florida Panthers. While Marchessault didn’t find the back of the net in those games, he did total nine shots on goal. He has shown that this Panthers defense has no answer for him defensively and he’ll carry that regular-season success over into Game 1 on Saturday night. Marchessault hasn’t exceeded 3.5 shots on goal since Game 6 of Vegas’ series vs. Edmonton, but with Lord Stanley’s Cup on the line, expect a big game from him on Saturday night.

The Pick: Jonathan Marchessault over 3.5 shots on goal (+125)
Aleksander Barkov Center Aleksander Barkov is arguably the most talented skater on this Florida Panthers team, and he has played a big role in getting the Panthers to this point. In the two regular-season matchups between Vegas and Florida, Barkov’s stats were night and day. In the first game, he had only one shot on goal and one assist. However, in the rematch against the Golden Knights, Barkov had five shots on goal and scored once. Barkov has exceeded 2.5 shots on goal in four of his last six playoff games. Look for him to push the pace on Saturday and be very aggressive as the Panthers try to steal Game 1 on the road

The Pick: Aleksander Barkov over 2.5 shots on goal (+100)
Matthew Tkachuk The combination of center Aleksander Barkov and winger Matthew Tkachuk is the 1-2 punch that has helped carry the Florida Panthers to one of the most improbable postseason runs in NHL history. Breaking news: The clock hasn’t struck midnight yet on this Cinderella story, and Barkov and Tkachuk still have unfinished business. In two 2022-23 regular-season games against the Golden Knights, Tkachuk totaled eight shots on goal -- four in each game. Tkachuk never found the back of the net, but he was aggressive on offense in both matchups. Tkachuk has exceeded 3.5 shots on goal in three of his last six games. While statistics say he has a 50/50 shot at exceeding his player prop on Saturday night, I’d like to tilt the percentages to something more like a 70-30 chance of him exceeding it because Florida is going to need a dominant performance from Tkachuk in Game 1.

The Pick: Matthew Tkachuk over 3.5 shots on goal (+100)
William Karlsson Forward William Karlsson has really come alive for the Golden Knights during this postseason, and his 10 playoff goals lead all Vegas skaters. In his team’s two regular-season matchups against the Panthers, Karlsson totaled five shots on goal -- two in the first game and three in the second. He scored one goal in those two matchups and is a real threat to score again in Game 1 at home on Saturday night. His player prop of 1.5 shots on goal is just too low, hence the heavy juice behind it. In his last 10 games, Karlsson has exceeded 1.5 shots on goal eight times.

The Pick: William Karlsson over 1.5 shots on goal (-185)
