Patrick Mahomes over 19.5 rushing yards (-115)

Kansas City’s offensive line and defense have struggled this year, putting extra pressure on Patrick Mahomes to extend plays and pick up yards with his legs rather than throwing the ball away. This has led to some bad mistakes (nine interceptions) along with an uptick in rushing, as he’s averaging a career-best 31.3 yards on the ground per game.

Mahomes has rushed for at least 26 yards in five straight games and should make it six this week against a vulnerable Giants defense on Monday Night Football.

Daniel Jones over 20.5 completions (-125)

This is expected to be a bounce-back game for the Chiefs. The Giants will likely be trailing, which points to Daniel Jones needing to pass to keep up.

This line of 20.5 completions is unusually low, considering the game script the odds point to. Jones has also completed 22 or more passes in six of his seven games this season.

Daniel Jones over 21.5 rushing yards (-115)

Along with completing a lot of passes, we’ll bet Daniel Jones runs for over 21.5 yards. It still surprises people how fast Jones is. He has 27 or more rushing yards in five of his seven games this season.

Not only does he scramble for a bunch of yards when looks downfield aren’t open, the Giants also occasionally call running plays for the quarterback. It may only take one or two rushing attempts for him to hit the over on this total, but it helps that he is averaging 5.9 rushing attempts per game this season.

Devontae Booker over 2.5 receptions (-150)

We picked the over on Jones’ passing completions, and his throws have to go to someone.

In the Giants’ two losses where he saw over 70 percent of the snaps, Booker had reception totals of three and four. The running back will be a nice check-down option for Jones in this game.
