First-quarter points: Under 7.0 (-105)

The Steelers have been the third-worst scoring offense in the first quarter this season, averaging only two points per game. Their early game struggles, with the projected issues this Bears team will have with the Steelers’ defensive line, point to the under.

Pittsburgh has also allowed the seventh-fewest first-quarter points this season (2.7). Even if one team scores a touchdown off a blown coverage, the line being at seven gives us an opportunity to push.

Ben Roethlisberger over 23.5 completions (+100)

Roethlisberger has completed at least 24 passes in four of his seven games this season. The Bears’ defensive front is also much better than the Steelers’ offensive line, so Pittsburgh will rarely run the ball.

Instead, look for Roethlisberger to throw short, high-percentage passes, including some ‘extended-handoff’ type throws to Najee Harris, leading to the over hitting.

Najee Harris over 29.5 receiving yards (-110)

As the Steelers look to get the ball out of Roethlisberger’s hands quickly, Harris is the perfect weapon. The rookie running back is also Pittsburgh’s most dangerous player with the ball in his hands, so look for them to force-feed him throughout the game.

Najee has exactly 29 receiving yards in two games this season, and has gone over this line in three other games.

Pat Freiermuth over 3.5 receptions (-110)

Freiermuth is a big part of this Pittsburgh offense and is one of their most talented pass catchers. Ever since JuJu Smith-Schuster went down injured, the Steelers have utilized the rookie tight end in that first-level role more often.

Freiermuth has seven targets in back-to-back games, and turned those into reception totals of seven and four. With Roethlisberger getting the ball out quickly, he should be another popular target.
