New York Jets at New England Patriots (-7) -105

We know how dominating Bill Belichick is against rookie quarterbacks, and he is even better when facing rookie quarterbacks at home.

In the first meeting with the Jets, the Patriots won 25-6, confusing Wilson all game long. If you remember, that was his four-interception game.

This week, the Patriots will give him completely different looks, confusing him once more. Look for Mac Jones to continue his efficient play, which is the direct opposite of what we should see from Wilson.

Simply, the Jets will make too many mistakes on the road for them to overcome in this game. They also don’t have a strong enough running attack to take the ball out of Wilson’s hands.

Washington Football Team at Green Bay Packers (-7.5) -110

Both teams are beat up. However, Washington is a bad team when healthy.

Their defense has been terrible this season. On offense, their offensive line is weak and injured, they are missing nearly all of their starting pass-catchers and they could also be without their starting running back.

This will make the Packers defense look better than it is, so Aaron Rodgers won’t need to put the team on his back to win and cover at home.

Kansas City Chiefs at Tennessee Titans (+5.5) -105

The recipe to defeat the Chiefs is very simple. Opposing teams must dominate the time of possession and limit turnovers. This keeps Patrick Mahomes and the high-powered Chiefs offense off the field.

This season, teams have been able to do this, which has caused Mahomes to make more careless mistakes when he is on offense.

The Chiefs defense is historically bad and Derrick Henry is the perfect weapon to control the clock. Look for the Titans to at least cover at home.

Detroit Lions at Los Angeles Rams (-14.5) -105

This is the Matthew Stafford revenge game, facing his old team. Of course, Jared Goff is also facing his former team. However, it’s not a secret that Goff isn’t a very good quarterback. That’s why the Rams decided to trade for Stafford. It’s also why he was benched last playoffs.

If there’s anybody who knows everything about Jared Goff, it’s Rams coach Sean McVay. Aside from knowing his weakness, the Rams are simply more talented at nearly every position. Look for them to dominate in this game at home, following extra days to prepare.

Indianapolis Colts at San Francisco 49ers (-4.5) -110

While it’s only Week 7, this is as close to a must-win as possible for the San Francisco 49ers, given how good the rest of their division is.

Coming off a bye week to play at home, San Francisco seems to be in a good spot on Sunday Night Football. They are expected to get Jimmy Garoppolo back at quarterback, and the 49ers are 3-0 against the spread after a bye week their past three seasons.

The Colts have quite a few players banged up, so look for the Niners to take advantage.
