Duke are the favorites to win March Madness 2022 as we head into the Final Four. The five-time champion will meet rivals UNC for the first time in the NCAA Tournament, and is +155 to go all the way.
Second favorite is Midwest top seed Kansas. The Jayhawks are +185 to win their fourth NCAA ring.

March Madness is the annual national championship tournament for the Division I level of NCAA college basketball.
Each year, 68 teams compete for the title, with the 32 champions of Division I conferences joined by 36 teams that are awarded ‘at-large’ berths selected by the selection committee.
The 68 qualified teams are divided into four regions and organised into a single-elimination bracket, with each team seeded from 1 to 16.
The tournament opens with a play-in round called the First Four, contested between the four lowest seeds from the automatic qualifiers and four lowest seeds from the at-large qualifiers.
The tournament proper then begins on the third Thursday of March, with six rounds of elimination ending with the Sweet Sixteen, the Elite Eight, the Final Four and the championship game.
