Phoenix Suns (-5.5)

The Suns won Game 1 of this Western Conference Finals series 120-114 and are looking like formidable contenders after beating the Los Angeles Lakers in the first round before sweeping the Denver Nuggets.

The Clippers put up a good fight in Game 1, but this is going to be a difficult series for them with Kawhi Leonard out injured. They went down 2-0 to both the Dallas Mavericks and Utah Jazz in this year’s playoffs and it’s hard to see them winning here.

Over 224 total points

These teams ranked fourth and fifth in offensive rating during the regular season so it’s safe to expect a high-scoring game here, particularly with the Clippers’ best defensive player sidelined.

Five of the Clippers’ last six games have gone over 225 points, and the same is true of four of the Suns’ last five contests.

Devin Booker over 31.5 points

Booker exploded with a 40-point triple double in Game 1, and he also put up 34 in the Game 4 close-out win over the Nuggets in the last round.

The Suns’ star shooting guard looks set for another big performance in Game 2 and will dominate the ball with Chris Paul again ruled out for health protocols.

Reggie Jackson over 18.5 points

Jackson played more minutes for the Clippers than anyone else in Game 1 and put up 24 points on 10-for-19 shooting from the field.

The veteran guard has now scored at least 22 points in three consecutive games and will again have the benefit of not being guarded by Paul in this one.
