Best NBA Player Prop Bets Today – Tuesday, February 28th Anthony Davis The Lakers will be without superstar LeBron James for the foreseeable future, as he injured his foot in the Lakers 27-point comeback win ovr the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday afternoon. As a result, Davis will have to step up and carry this Lakers team that’s a half-game out of a play-in berth. While the Grizzlies play good post defense with Jarren Jackson Jr. and Steven Adams, Memphis’ production has gone down without Adams, and the Grizzlies have lost eight of the 13 games he has missed. While Jackson Jr. is a great defensive big, he’ll be no match for Davis, who’s looking to get the Lakers back into postseason play.

The Pick: Anthony Davis over 40.5 points and rebounds (-115)
Myles Turner The Dallas Mavericks made one of the best moves before the trade deadline in acquiring guard Kyrie Irving. However, they still didn’t address their post presence, which is virtually nonexistent defensively and rebounding-wise. While forward Christian Wood can put up points, when it comes to doing the dirty work, the Mavericks don’t have the necessary type of player. The Indiana Pacers do, however, have center Myles Turner, who’s going to feast against the Mavs’ big men on Tuesday night. The Mavericks, who rank 29th in the NBA in rebounds per game, will be no match for Turner on the boards. While it’s sometimes risky taking Turner’s props when his playing time doesn’t always match up, even 30 minutes on Tuesday night should be more than enough for him to take advantage of this prop, and a Turner double-double night isn’t out of the question.

The Pick: Myles Turner over 8.5 rebounds (-145)
Damian Lillard After enduring heavy criticism for taking a rest day after the NBA All-Star Break, Lillard put on an absolute show against the Houston Rockets -- dropping 71 points along with six rebounds and six assists. Lillard will now face a Warriors team missing Steph Curry, but one that still plays well defensively. In a pivotal ga,e for the Blazers, who are still on the outside but very close to a play-in berth, Lillard should provide another big performance. Guard Anfernee Simons will miss his third game on Tuesday night, again creating even more looks for. This team will truly go as far as Lillard can get them. Take the over on Lillard again Tuesday night.

The Pick: Damian Lillard over 37.5 points (-115)
Russell Westbrook In Westbrook's two-game sample size with the Los Angeles Clippers, he has scored 17 points and grabbed five rebounds in each outing. He also had 14 assists in his first game and four more in his second game. The Clippers are 0-2 with him in the lineup, but the offense has more flow with Westbrook leading the way. I think he finally found his landing spot with the Clippers. While he’s always going to be able to penetrate, he’s now surrounded by players that fit his skill set in Paul George and Kawhi Leonard. They will be waiting for open jump shots when Westbrook drives. The Minnesota Timberwolves play at high-pace, so there should be plenty of points to go around here, which will mean a lot more assists. Give me Westbrook’s over in this one.

The Pick: Russell Westbrook over 6.5 assists (-120)
